We are dedicated to providing our kids fun and educational activities. We provide educational assemblies, books, enriching activities and equipment to Westbrook with the awesome support of our families and volunteers.

We invite you to attend PTO meetings held the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Westbrook LRC.  PTO meetings are an excellent opportunity to get to know our staff and fellow parents. Everyone is welcome. Agendas will be distributed at the meeting and also posted in advance here under Agendas/Minutes.

Every October, the PTO organizes the Walk for Westbrook. This is the only significant fundraiser for the school year. With the funds raised we:

• Provide Westbrook t-shirts for all incoming students
• Provide Lions Park/Fairview t-shirts for all outgoing first graders
• Provide for a bounce house for Kindergarteners and First Graders during Field Day in May
• Provide professional development materials/stipends for teachers
• Fund the Birthday Book program that provides every student with a birthday book
• Plan and organize all-school assemblies twice a year
• Fund PTO committees in part or full
• Help to fund “big” projects. In the past, this has included paying for an extra set of swings in the Westbrook playground, a climbing wall in the gym, a sensory wall in the Early Childhood Education hallway.
