First Grade Parents,

The Westbrook PTO provides a FREE spirit wear t-shirt to outgoing first graders for their new school; Lions Park or Fairview.

**All students will be automatically given a size youth medium shirt unless you request a different size**

If you would like a medium shirt for your student, DO NOTHING. If you would like a different size for your child, please make your request using this form. All forms must be submitted by Thursday, February 29th.
